Asked on January 14th, 2025Is it neccessary, that I arrive 3 days earlier in Kathmandu, to get the visa for the Tour, or can you organise this without me?
Female Guide HolidayOperator•Written January 2025To obtain a visa for Tibet, it will take three business days. Therefore, you need to arrive in Kathmandu at least four days before your trip. We will handle all the formalities at the Chinese Embassy, where we will require your original passport and two passport-sized photos for the documentation. You will receive a paper visa to enter Tibet.
