Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive in Hanoi and meet your driver at the airport for the transfer into the city center. After checking in to your hotel (rooms open from 2:00pm), you'll have free time to settle in. If you arrive early enough, there's an optional street food tour available that evening, taking you through the Old Quarter to try local dining spots and traditional dishes.

- Day 2
Hanoi
This morning is yours to relax however you'd like. At 1:00pm your driver picks you up for a half-day city tour. You'll see Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum from the outside, check out the One Pillar Pagoda, walk through the Temple of Literature (Vietnam's first university), and visit Hoa Lo Prison. You're back at the hotel by late afternoon.

Hanoi to Halong City
Early pickup at 8:00am and you're heading through the Red River Delta paddy fields toward Halong City. There's a refreshment break around 10:00am. By noon you'll reach Tuan Chau wharf and board your cruise ship with a welcome drink. Lunch happens while you're cruising, then you'll visit Cua Van fishing village in the afternoon where you can kayak or swim. Dinner's on the ship that evening with time to hang out at the bar or try night fishing if you're interested.

Halong Bay to Hoian
Coffee and tea service starts at 7:00am, then cruising continues at 8:00am to Sung Sot Cave. From there you'll pass through scenic parts of the bay seeing Dinh Huong Island, fishing villages, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, and Sail Island. Brunch is served while you're heading back to the pier, arriving around 11:30am. After that, it's a drive back to Hanoi (arriving around 5:00pm), then you're transferred to the airport for a late flight to Danang. Upon arrival you'll head to your hotel in Hoian.

Hoian
You've got the full day to do as you please in Hoian or head to the nearby beach for a swim. Hoian's a UNESCO World Heritage site with Chinese temples, the Japanese bridge, pagodas, wooden shop-houses, French colonial buildings, and old canals dating back to when it was a major Southeast Asian trading hub.

My Son
Pickup happens at 7:50am to visit My Son temple complex, which is considered one of Southeast Asia's top Hindu temple sites and Vietnam's most important heritage complex of its kind. Even though bombing raids in the 1960s caused damage, over 20 structures are still standing and it's been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. Later you'll take a boat trip on the Thu Bon river to see local life and the scenery. You'll be back in Hoian early afternoon with free time to walk around.

Hoian to Hue
You have the morning free to do your own thing. In the afternoon, you're transferred to the train station for a day train to Hue. The 3-hour journey gives you scenic views of Hai Van Pass. You'll arrive in Hue late afternoon, get transferred to your hotel, and then have free time for the evening.

Hue
A full-day city tour starts at 8:00am. The morning includes the Old Imperial City, Flag Tower, Thien Mu Pagoda, and Dong Ba market, where you'll stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon takes you to the Royal Tombs of Minh Mang and Khai Dinh, plus visits to a conical hat village and an incense stick village. Late afternoon there's an airport transfer for your flight to Saigon, and you'll head to your hotel once you arrive.

Cu Chi Tunnels
Pickup is at 7:40am to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network of roughly 200 kilometers originally dug by the Viet Minh and later expanded by the Viet Cong. It housed hospitals, living quarters, schools, and military operations. Late afternoon you're back in Saigon for a half-day city tour hitting Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, French colonial Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Post Office. After that you'll have free time to shop at Ben Thanh Market.

Mekong Delta
Pickup is between 7:40am and 8:10am for a Ben Tre Mekong Delta day tour. You'll board a boat at Ham Luong dock and cruise along the river to see traditional crafts being made: activated charcoal, dried coconut, coconut husk brooms, and coir art. There's a motorized rickshaw village tour, then lunch at a local house. You can relax or cycle around the village during free time, visit a fruit plantation to sample seasonal fruits, and take a slow boat through natural canals before heading back to Saigon.

Saigon to Siem Reap
You have two options to get to Siem Reap. By bus takes over 12 hours with a morning pickup and late afternoon arrival. By flight gives you a free morning for shopping or personal time in Saigon, then an afternoon flight. Either way, you'll check in at your Siem Reap hotel once you arrive.

- Day 13
Angkor
You're driven to South Gate of Angkor Thom to visit Bayon temple with its 54 towers covered in over 200 smiling faces, plus Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants, and Terrace of Leper King. In the afternoon you'll see Angkor Wat temple complex (a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992) featuring the world's longest continuous bas-relief depicting Hindu mythology. The day finishes at Bakheng Temple for sunset views from the hilltop.

Departure
Morning temple visits include Ta Prohm (famous for its enormous fig tree roots and creepers), Ta Keo, Thommanon (a smaller well-preserved temple built around the same time as Angkor Wat), Chaosay Tevoda, Prasat Kravan (known for its brick sculptures), Srah Srang (Royal Baths used in ritual ceremonies), and Banteay Kdei (surrounded by four concentric walls). After the tour wraps up, you'll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight and the tour concludes.
