Customer Reviews

    · May 6th, 2025
Perfect tour for ticking the 3 countries whilst seeing all of highlights. It is busy, with little time to rest, but if you’re limited in time it is great. The hotels are not all that, quite basic, but tend to be in good locations and you will barely be in them anyway. The team was very responsive on WhatsApp even before the tour started and provided answers within hours. Whilst on tour, it was all 90% well organized, however there were some hiccups along the way. In particular when we arrived to Ho Chi Minh, for some reason the communication from the agency suffered as well as with some of the tour guides. For example, when I arrived to HCMC the taxi driver wasn’t there to pick me up. Everything else worked perfectly in Cambodia, but in Laos I had similar issues as in HCMC in particular some of the pick up windows were too broad (30 mins or more) so you’d have to wait long times before you were actually picked up from the hotel. I did it as a solo traveller and it was perfectly organized and safe. Overall a great tour within budget.

I had a great time everything was good from booking of the trip to the trip itself. All the drivers were good and my tour guide (Vilasack) was great. I saw many sites and the tour was planned very well giving me time to do my own looking around in the evening. Everything was on time and I never had to wait. Booking the tour was easy and I would recommend it to anyone.

The service was very exceptionally personalized, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was not only delicious but also delightful. The accommodations were comfortable, and the activities and information provided were both interesting. The beautiful views added to the overall enjoyment. Thank you all very much for a truly wonderful trip to these stunning destinations
