Bruny Island
An early 7:30 AM pickup gets you to the ferry heading out to Bruny Island. The wilderness cruise takes you along rugged coastlines with towering sea cliffs, caves, and chances to spot local wildlife. After lunch at the restaurant and a stop at the Neck lookout, you'll sample local produce before heading back to Hobart by evening.

Port Arthur
A 90-minute drive east takes you through farmlands and vineyards toward Port Arthur. Stop at Pirate's Bay lookout for views, visit the Tasmanian Chocolate Foundry, and check out a lavender farm. You'll spend three hours exploring the Port Arthur Historic Site with a harbour cruise included. An optional visit to Remarkable Caves is available if you want more, then dinner at your waterfront accommodation.

This recovery day focuses on local produce and fine wine in a UNESCO gastronomy region. Visit Cataract Gorge with your choice of a chairlift ride or nature walks. Pick between Seahorse World or Platypus House for a wildlife encounter. After traveling through the gold mining town Beaconsfield, you'll have lunch and wine tasting in Tamar Valley. Your afternoon is free to explore Launceston before choosing your own dinner spot.

Cradle Mountain
An 8 AM start takes you to Sheffield, known for its 150-plus murals. Then it's into Cradle Mountain National Park with lunch at Dove Lake. By evening you'll settle at Tullah Lakeside Lodge on Lake Rosebery.

The 10-day tour wraps up with a group celebration dinner.

Departure from Hobart
Checkout and drive along Lyell Highway through the central highlands. You'll stop at The Wall in the Wilderness, a wooden sculpture carved over 15 years depicting local history. After a lunch break at Derwent Bridge, the route descends through Derwent Valley, returning you to Hobart for drop-off at the airport or your preferred hotel.
