Hotels were fine for the level clean, comfortable, and close to major spots. I especially liked the cultural days in Bhaktapur and the laid back vibe in Pokhara. Chitwan safari was well done. Kathmandu was busy, but our hotel was tucked away and surprisingly peaceful. Pokhara natural beauty was my favorite part, especially the sunrise view. Chitwan gave us a chance to see rhinos and learn about Nepal wildlife. It was well paced, with enough downtime built in. Great for travelers who appreciate structure and comfort without high end extras.
