Itinerary
- Day 1
Iquitos
Your guide meets you at Iquitos airport and drives you to the DoubleTree Hilton for lunch before heading to Nauta. Once you board your cruise ship, you'll check into your suite and grab a welcome cocktail with local pisco on the observation deck. The naturalist guides go over your itinerary, and then you'll sit down to Peruvian cuisine with an Amazon twist as the ship sets sail into the rainforest.

Amazon River
Before breakfast, you're out on a boat exploring Amazon flora and fauna. After a full breakfast buffet back on the ship, you head out to see where the Ucayali and Marañón rivers meet and form the Amazon, which is where pink and gray river dolphins hang out. Following lunch and some rest time, there's a talk about the Amazon's source before you walk to Puerto Prado to see the Victoria Regias water lilies. Back on the ship for dinner and live music, then you go out searching for caimans, tarantulas, frogs, and other nocturnal creatures.

Pacaya Samiria National Reserve
After breakfast, you take a skiff to explore different lakes and lagoons, reaching the Japanese Lagoon in one of the most protected sections of Pacaya Samiria National Reserve where pink river dolphins are often spotted. You stop at Yanaquillo before returning to the ship for kayaking in black waters. Post-lunch, there's a guide's talk on Amazon philosophy, and then you trek through rainforest on overhanging bridges to view the canopy. Back on the ship, you learn to make Peruvian cocktails, catch some live music, and sit down to a gala dinner with the captain.

San Regis Community
After breakfast, you visit the San Regis community to learn about local life and traditions from the community's shaman, with your guide interpreting discussions about spiritual connections and soul healing. You help plant a tree as an environmental contribution and check out local women's handmade crafts at a market. After lunch and rest, guides share Amazon myths and legends with the group. In the afternoon, you take a skiff to Shiriyacu stream for piranha fishing using local techniques, watch the sunset, then head back for live music, a crew presentation, and a farewell dinner.

Nauta to Iquitos
Before breakfast, you visit Nauta, the region's second most important city, taking a motorcycle taxi to the local market to see the town's commerce. Then you head to Sapi Sapi lagoon, a hatchery for arapaimas (the world's second-largest freshwater fish), where you can see Arrau turtles, butterflies, and various bird and fish species. Back on the ship for breakfast and disembarkation, you stop at the Amazon Rescue Center (CREA) on the way to the airport to see how manatees and other rescued animals are rehabilitated and prepared for release into the wild. After that, you transfer to Iquitos airport for your departure flight.
