  The tour under Tuung’s guidance was excellent. The course, although challenging through the hilly sections on Day 2, provided magnificent landscapes and a view of rural Vietnamese life. Tuung’s insights about the history and culture of Vietnam was an added bonus. The accommodation at the end of each day was of a high standard I would definitely recommend this holiday experience

  The company is very organised with logistics. We had a private tour of 2 people with a driver and an English speaking tour guide. Our tour was for 7 nights covering six different hotels, and four of the hotels (5-star) exceeded our expectations. The places that we were taken to by the tour guide for lunches and dinners were below our expectations, so we told the tour guide we would pick our own places for dinners instead, and they reimbursed us for the included meal costs - good that they could be flexible to meet our needs. We just paid extra if we overspent above the budget which was fair. We also did not like cycling in city peak hour traffic, and the tour guide was kind enough to organise for the support van to pick us up and transport us to a more quiet road to continue with our ride for that day. As we had only 2 people, they could provide us with an e-bike and a normal push bike each, so we could choose the bikes we wanted depending on how hard the ride was going to be for a particular day. Overall, we rated the tour well, impressed with the accommodation and logistics, well planned routes by the tour guide, and happy with the meals budget and flexibility they offered. There are rooms for improvements, and these are: 1) Better locations for meals that suit the tour group. 2) Make all accommodations 5-star - have an option to pay a little more for this. 3) Tour guide should stop at lookout points for us to take photos. We missed some nice photos while riding in the mountains. 4) The support van should pick stops that either have a toilet and/or views so as we take a break, we can also take some photos of the beautiful scenery. 5) The support van should be in a better condition - charge more if you have to. The first van from Saigon to Dalat was great. Then we swapped to another van for the duration of the trip, and that van could be better. 6) Have better maintained bikes - charge extra if you have to. We had some issues with brakes on one e-bike and the gear shifting was not as smooth as our own bikes at home. Having said the above, we would be happy to do another tour with the same company again, and happy to pay extra for better things. Well done overall.

  Saigon to hoi an cycling was an unbelievable experience. Our guide Tung and support crew Kenny and T were very professional, attentive and encouraging.Lovely, generous, kind, hardworking humans! Every detail was thought of and Tung adjusted the route according to the weather and our fitness. E-bike and van support always available. This is a unique (best) way to experience the food and villages of vietnam and Tung shares his vast knowledge of the history of the country. The hotels were 4-5 star and beautiful end of day destinations. A level of fitness required but you dont have to be a full on cyclist to participate although padded bike shorts recommended! Highly, highly recommend and highly recommend Tung and his team. They lifted the experience beyond a riding tour.

  Unbelievable experience and way to experience vietnam. The tour was professionally run with every detail perfect. Our guides Tung, Kenny and driver T, catered to our every need and Tung flexed the route as needed dependent on the weather conditions. All wonderful, kind people. Tung holds a lot of the countries history and knows the best places to eat. If you want to eat traditional food in beautiful settings and villages, this is for you. I was concerned about my fitness level, so was offered an e- bike option and/ or option to rest for parts in the support van. Exceptional experience!

  The tour was run by an excellent guide and host in Tung. Everything was well organised and Tung catered for different level of rider, as well as the weather conditions. Flexibility was great. Tung’s knowledge of Vietnam history and current day Vietnam was excellent, enabling us to learn a lot on a relatively short time. The ride itself was great, going through some beautiful places and villages. Overnight stopover towns and hotels were excellent. Some parts of the ride are not for basic riders with hard climbs but worth it in the end. Great experience, fun and good company. Alex.

  I recently completed an unforgettable bicycle tour from Saigon to Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Our chief guide, Tung, took excellent care of us throughout the trip. He was incredibly responsive during the booking process, answering all of our questions almost immediately, which made planning the trip a breeze. The route itself was very well-planned, taking us off the beaten path and into the heart of rural Vietnam. We had the chance to explore scenic landscapes and quiet villages, away from the typical tourist trails. It truly felt like we were discovering a hidden side of the country. The bikes were in top-notch condition, and we always felt safe riding on the roads, even when traffic picked up. Tung and his team were attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable and confident at all times. As for accommodations, all the hotels were carefully selected, offering 4- and 5-star comfort. Each one was excellent, providing a restful end to each day's adventure. All in all, this tour was an incredible way to experience Vietnam, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an active, immersive travel experience.
