Quito
You'll arrive at Quito airport and meet your private driver for the trip into the city center. Check into your hotel, then head out this evening to explore the local craft beer scene. There's a tasting tour lined up where you'll try award-winning beers from local breweries around the city.

Quito
This morning starts with a private guided tour of Quito's historic center. You'll see La Compañía church with its gold-covered interior and the neo-Gothic La Basílica, then walk La Ronda, one of the oldest streets in the city. From there, head up Panecillo Hill for views across Quito. After lunch, you'll take a salsa dancing class to pick up some basic steps and get a feel for Ecuador's dancing traditions.

Quito
Join a group bike tour through northern Quito neighborhoods. You'll ride through La Floresta to check out street art and murals, cycle through the large Carolina Park, then stop at Iñaquito market for street food. Later in the afternoon, head to a local chocolate facility for a tasting where you'll learn how Ecuador's cocoa gets processed and turned into chocolate.

Casa Ágave
Travel north to Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve to see one of only two inhabited volcanic craters on the planet. You can view from the overlook or hike down into the crater itself. After that, visit Casa Ágave, which is part museum, part shop, and part bar. Explore the agave gardens and distillery, learn about how agave gets processed for textiles and musical instruments, and taste different agave products like miske, a spirit similar to mezcal.

Rucu Pichincha
This is a challenging day tackling Rucu Pichincha volcano. You'll take the Teleferico cable car to Cruz de Loma at 13,123 feet (4,000 m), then hike to the summit at 15,413 feet (4,698 m). The hike takes about 3 to 5 hours total. The lower section passes through páramo vegetation while the upper portion gets more technical with rocky, steep scrambling. Weather permitting, you'll have views from the top before heading back down.

Spend the morning exploring Quito's historic center at your own pace. Wander the narrow streets, check out museums if something catches your interest, or browse for souvenirs at places like Mercado Artesanal. Your driver will pick you up in the afternoon to take you to Quito Airport for your flight.
