You'll board your river ship and get settled into your luxury stateroom. Dinner happens onboard as you prepare for what's ahead on the Douro.

Pinhão
The day starts in Castelo Rodrigo, a medieval white village where you can choose between a guided walking tour or a more active hike through 16th-century streets. You'll taste local almonds, cheese, bread and wine before heading back to the ship for the scenic cruise to Pinhão.

After, choose between exploring at a relaxed pace or hiking through medieval streets, then you have free time to wander on your own.
