Casablanca
You'll arrive in Casablanca and meet your private driver at the airport. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore at your own pace. Consider wandering through the Old Medina to see the winding streets and local life, or check out the art deco architecture in the Habbous (New Medina). The Boulevard de la Corniche waterfront is great for a walk if you want sea views. If film history interests you, grab dinner at Rick's Café, the famous spot from the classic movie.

Casablanca
Start your morning with a tour of the Hassan II Mosque, which features gilded ceilings and the world's second-tallest minaret. Rabat - Ouazzane - Chefchaouen
Depart early for Rabat to see the Hassan Tower monument and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. From there, continue to the holy city of Ouazzane, which holds significance in Moroccan Jewish pilgrimage traditions. Then you'll head to Chefchaouen, the famous blue city. Once you arrive, explore the blue-painted streets at your own pace and sit in the main square Outa el-Hammam with local coffee while watching daily life. Pick up handcrafted wool garments and artisanal goods from local shops.

Volubilis - Moulay Idriss - Meknes - Fes
Before leaving Chefchaouen this morning, you have the option to explore the medina or watch the sunrise from the Spanish Mosque. Later, visit Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Morocco's best-preserved Roman ruins including temples, merchant homes, and mosaics. Stop in Moulay Idriss, Morocco's first Islamic capital featuring the country's only round minaret. Then explore Meknes' Ville Impériale to see gardens, palaces, the Bab al-Mansour gate, Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and Royal Stables. You'll end the day at your riad in the Fes medina.

Sefrou
Your guide will meet you this morning for a day trip to Sefrou, a walled town in the Middle Atlas Mountains about 18 miles southeast of Fes. The town has a fascinating past as a Roman market town and caravan stopping point with a significant Jewish population until the 1960s-1970s. At the Craft Center of Sefrou, you'll see artisans creating woodworks, ceramics, woven rugs, and silk buttons. Later, you'll return to Fes in time for dinner.

Ifrane - Azrou
Spend the morning exploring more of Fes' medieval medina, visiting the Bou Inania Madrasa and the Royal Palace of Fes. You'll have time for shopping and a relaxing lunch in the city. Then depart for the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane National Park's vast cedar forests where endangered Barbary macaque monkeys live. Continue to Azrou, a beautiful Berber town famous for rug and jewelry making. Settle in for dinner and relax before bedtime.

Get an early start heading out of the Middle Atlas Mountains into the desert landscape. You'll stop in Midelt, the apple city, then traverse the Tizi-n-Talremt Pass into the scenic Ziz Valley with its oases and palm trees. Have lunch in Errachidia and visit the Musée des Sources de Lalla Mimouna to see its natural mineral spring. Continue to Erfoud, a bustling market town known for dates and fossil mining. Later, you'll take a camel ride through Erg Chebbi's sand dunes before heading to camp for dinner and traditional Berber music.

Rissani - Tinghir - Dadès Gorge - Ouarzazate
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the sand dunes and eat breakfast in camp. Then travel back across the desert to Merzouga before beginning a long drive to Ouarzazate. You can stop in Rissani to explore the traditional market (especially lively on market days) and see the unique donkey parking lot. Travel through remote desert plains, high mountains, and plateaus. Stop briefly in Tinghir, a Berber town with a former thriving Jewish community, to walk the old quarter. Continue to the scenic Dadès Gorge with its dramatic rusty red and mauve-striped mountains, grab lunch in Boumalne Dadès, then arrive in Ouarzazate.

Head back to Casablanca via the coastal route, making several interesting stops in seaside cities. First, visit Safi, known for excellent surfing beaches and Atlantic Ocean views. Stop in El Jadida to tour the hauntingly beautiful Portuguese cistern, walk the ramparts, and visit the Church of the Assumption. Have lunch here before continuing to Azemmour, a small city that has inspired many Moroccan artists. Explore the beautiful, crumbling 16th-century medina squeezed between the Oum Er-Rbia River and the ocean. Arrive in Casablanca, check into your hotel to relax, then venture into the city for dinner.
