He is the coordinator who meets/greets you throughout the trip to ensure everything is going great. He set us up with 2 excellent guides one for the cultural tours one was an expert in the history, culture, and local life, and one for the trek. We stayed at several lovely campsites and they make sure that we were as comfortable as we could be, with sleeping bags to keep us warm and a steady flow of black tea to keep us going!
