- BBBetty· October 1st, 2024Unfortunately, it was disappointing due to the Travel Director's lack of professionalism and organizational skills. He blamed not having his tour box because it was sent somewhere else. He didn't accompany us on most excursions unless it was food related and he did not narrate or provide any commentary on the trip. He lacked knowledge, was unhelpful and did not work with the group to provide information. During our "No Dinner" welcome, at best sparse appetizers we didn't even introduce ourselves to our fellow travelers and blamed the company about dinner, though his name was on the email that said we would have a Welcome Dinner. He always had excuses for things instead of helpful encouragement.Show more

On the first day, the welcome desk and reception will be held at the first hotel. At approximately 3:00 p.m. for the welcome desk and 6:00 p.m. for a welcome reception. For pick-up points, are you talking about the arrival and departure transfers? Or in the itinerary? Kindly confirm so we can assist you accordingly.
