Itinerary
- Day 1
Mt Field National Park
This morning you'll head to Mt Field National Park where there are walking trails suited to different fitness levels. The old growth rainforest here is the main draw, and it's one of Tasmania's oldest national parks so there's a lot of history in these trees. You'll spend the day working through the park at your own pace, checking out the forest and the various tracks available.

Tasman Peninsula
Today you get to choose your direction. There's Port Arthur if you're interested in the convict history, or you can do a bushwalk out to Crescent Bay along the Tasman Peninsula coastline, which is pretty rugged and scenic. Your guide will work with you to figure out which option fits what you want to see, so let them know your preference when the day starts.

The region has a particular character that comes through in the terrain, and the various tracks let you pick how much ground you want to cover.
