The guides were very good and the team on the cruise ship were incredibly attentive to the guests and made sure everybody had a great time. The tour of Ninh Binh was informative and varied, including temples, the climb to the dragon in the hills and a bike ride as well as a great buffet lunch. We finished with a night at a high quality eco lodge. The cruise involved kayaking through caves, Vietnamese cooking lessons and Tai Chi at sunrise and there was always plenty of good food at meal times. Again the room was top quality, with full height windows to look out over the bay while you relax.
