This tour we depart from Hanoi Old Quarter at 7:00am, but your parents landed the flight at 7:20am, your parents won't be able to join the 18th october day tour, your parents is it possible to join the tour starting on 19th october? and will book 1 night hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, if possible, I will be able to assist in booking a car to pick up your parents at the airport and 1 night hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
