Itinerary
- Day 1
Grasse
You'll arrive at Nice airport or head to Nice center, then make your way to Grasse. Once you're settled in town, there's plenty to see. The International Perfume Museum gives you insight into how the fragrance industry built this place. Then check out the Cathedral, which has some real masterworks by artists including Rubens. If you want to understand more about the region's history, the Museum of Art and History walks through Provençal life across different periods. It's a good way to get oriented on your first day.

- Day 2
Grasse to Pont du Loup
You'll start hiking from Grasse through forest paths with nice views opening up as you go. The climb gets steep as you head toward Bar sur Loup village, where you can grab lunch or have a picnic before continuing. The wooded trails take you onward to Pont du Loup, your home for the next two nights. It's roughly 18 km total with 760m of climbing and 930m descent, so it's a solid day of hiking.

Pont du Loup
From Pont du Loup you have two routes to choose from. You can hike up to Gourdon and return, or stick with a shorter loop around the village if that appeals more. Following Sentier du Paradis takes you toward one of France's most beautiful villages, with steep climbs that reward you with views toward the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Loup below. A simpler loop option works if you prefer easier terrain.

Courmes Plateau - Vence
After breakfast, a 15-minute transfer gets you to Courmes in the Gorges du Loup area. From there you'll climb a steep, winding path that offers great gorge views as you go. The route leads to the St. Barnabé plateau and a small hamlet. Later you'll head down toward Vence with sea views coming into sight as you approach. The historic center of Vence is where you'll spend the night, and it's a lively spot with a lot of character.

Vence to Antibes
You can take it easy in Vence by wandering the cobbled streets and charming squares, or walk to nearby villages like Saint Paul de Vence or Tourrettes sur Loup if you feel like moving around. More experienced hikers can go for the harder hike to Baous Blancs and Baous Noirs. In the afternoon, a cab takes you to Antibes center in about 40 minutes, leaving time to walk the old town, see the ramparts, and visit the Picasso Museum if it interests you.

Antibes
A 20-minute bus ride gets you to Cap d'Antibes for your last hike. Starting at Garoup Beach, you'll follow a nice coastal path with both paved and rocky sections. The views include the Lérins Islands, the Baous of Vence and St. Jeannet, and on clear days you can see snow-capped Alps. You'll return to Antibes center by bus or walk back if you prefer. The tour ends here, with options to connect to Nice or Cannes by train.
