Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive at Noi Bai Airport and your driver will be waiting in the lobby. From there, it's a transfer to your hotel where you'll get settled in. The rest of your day is open, so you can rest up after traveling or take a walk around the area to get your bearings.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast, you'll check out and head toward Halong Bay. The cruise departs around noon, and lunch happens while you're out on the water passing limestone islets. Your afternoon has options: swim, kayak, or explore caves. Later you'll catch the sunset before dinner and spend the night on the cruise ship.

Halong Bay to Hanoi
Wake up early to see the sunrise over Halong Bay while having breakfast as the cruise heads back to port. Early lunch comes before you disembark and get driven back to Hanoi. From there, the rest of your day is free to walk around the city and see what interests you.

Hanoi to Hoi An
You'll have breakfast and then head to Hanoi airport for a domestic flight to Da Nang. Your driver meets you when you land, then it's a drive to Hoi An. Check in to your hotel and the afternoon and evening are yours to explore at your own pace.

Hoi An

Your guide meets you at 8:30 am for a countryside experience. Start at the local food market shopping like residents do, then go to Cam Thanh eco-village. You'll take a traditional basket boat through palm forest, try fishing, and learn to cook Vietnamese meals for lunch. You're back at your hotel by 1:00 pm.

You'll transfer to Da Nang airport for a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City. After you land and clear security, your driver meets you to take you to your hotel. Check in and have free time to settle in and explore your surroundings.

Mekong Delta
Your guide picks you up between 7:30 and 8:00 am for the trip to My Tho. You'll see Vinh Trang Pagoda and cruise by sampan around river islands. There's time to walk through orchards, taste tropical fruit, listen to folk music, and watch coconut candy being made at a workshop. A honeybee farm stop includes honey tea. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll bike around Tan Thanh village to observe daily life before returning to Ho Chi Minh City around 5:30 pm.

Cu Chi Tunnels
Pickup happens early between 7:30 and 8:00 am for the 1.5-hour drive to Cu Chi. An introduction video explains the tunnel construction and survival conditions during wartime. Then you'll walk through the tunnel systems, living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, weapon storage, field hospitals, and command centers. You'll see hidden doors and security traps, have special tea and cassava (guerrilla food), and rest before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City around 3:00 pm.

Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat
After breakfast, your guide takes you to the ancient ruins. Start at Angkor Thom's South Gate with its carved faces, then see Bayon Temple, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and Terrace of the Leper King. Next comes the massive Angkor Wat with its carved galleries showing Hindu mythology, libraries, pavilions, courtyards, and reflection ponds. The afternoon focuses on Ta Prohm temple with its jungle vines and fig trees overtaking the stone structures (known from the Tomb Raider film).

Tonle Sap Lake and Floating Villages
Meet your guide after breakfast and head outside town to visit floating villages. You'll cruise in a traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake, seeing how locals live on floating and stilted houses with fish traps. Learn about how their economy and way of life connect to the lake, fishing, and seasonal wildlife changes. On the way back, you'll visit Western Baray which supplies water for farming around Angkor.
