Hanoi
After landing at Noi Bai International Airport, your driver picks you up and takes you to your hotel in central Hanoi for check-in. The afternoon and evening are free, so you can settle in, rest from travel, and walk around to get your bearings in the city.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Halong Bay
Your guide meets you at 8:30 AM, then you head toward Tuan Chau Harbor along the new highway. You board your cruise at noon and spend the day around Halong Bay looking at the limestone rock formations. There's time to check out Surprising Cave, try kayaking or bamboo boating through Luon Cave, and climb Titop Peak for views across the bay. Later you'll cruise back and return to Hanoi for the night.

- Day 3
Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City
This morning you tour Hanoi's historic sites including ancient pagodas and Ho Chi Minh's complex. You'll see his preserved remains, walk through his residences, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, learn about Vietnam's ethnic groups at the Ethnology Museum, check out the Temple of Literature, and tour the Hoa Lo Prison Museum. After lunch, you fly to Ho Chi Minh City and stay there for the night.

- Day 4
Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
Starting after breakfast, you take a 1.5-hour bus ride through rice fields to My Tho town. From there you cruise the Tien River seeing fishing ports, stilt houses, and boat-building workshops, then visit Qui Islet and other nearby islands. Later you'll head into Ben Tre province to learn how coconut products are made, try coconut candy and honey tea, and take a rowing boat through small canals lined with coconut trees. You'll walk through local villages, see fruit gardens with tropical varieties, listen to folk music, and get back to Ho Chi Minh City by 6:00 PM.
