Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive at Hanoi airport and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in, a guide meets you around 5:30 PM for a street food walking tour through the Old Quarter. Along the way you'll try local dishes like pho, spring rolls, and egg coffee, then head back to rest for the night.

Ninh Binh
This morning you'll leave Hanoi early for Ninh Binh province. First stop is the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, then you'll take a 1.5 hour bamboo boat ride through Tam Coc's karst landscape. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll cycle through the village to see how people live, and later climb almost 500 steps up Mua Cave for views across the area before driving back to Hanoi.

Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
After breakfast you'll check out and get picked up from Hanoi's Old Quarter, then head to Tuan Chau Marina. The cruise departs at noon and you'll have welcome drinks with lunch while cruising through Ha Long Bay. The afternoon includes a visit to Pearl Farm and time exploring Sung Sot Cave. By evening you'll enjoy Happy Hour at the bar followed by dinner.

Ha Long Bay to Ho Chi Minh City
Start the morning with an optional Tai Chi session on deck while you have coffee and pastries. You'll swim in the emerald waters at Titov Island and hike to the viewpoints. After checking out, brunch is served during the cruise back to Marina. You'll disembark by 11:30 AM, then drive back to Hanoi by 2:30 PM and fly to Ho Chi Minh City where a driver takes you to your hotel.

Mekong Delta
After breakfast you'll head to My Tho in the Mekong Delta. You'll see Vinh Trang Pagoda built in the late 1800s, then take a sampan past Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. At Unicorn Island you'll walk country lanes, check out orchards, and taste tropical fruits with folk music. Later there's a ride through Thoi Son canal to see family businesses, a honey bee farm, and a coconut candy workshop. Following lunch you can either cycle around Tan Thach village or relax in hammocks if that sounds better.

Ho Chi Minh City War History
After breakfast you'll visit Independence Palace (also called Reunification Palace), then see French colonial buildings like Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. The War Remnants Museum comes next with its exhibits about the Indochina wars. Following lunch, you'll travel about 90 minutes to Cu Chi Tunnels and explore the underground tunnel systems including living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, weapons factories, hospitals, and command centers. You'll see hidden traps and security devices, then have some tea and cassava before returning to Ho Chi Minh City (gun shooting is optional).

After breakfast at your hotel you have the morning and early afternoon to shop around Ho Chi Minh City. You'll check out by noon and your driver will take you to the airport for your flight home.
