Itinerary
- Day 1
Antananarivo
A driver meets you at Ivato International Airport and takes you directly to your hotel. This gives you time to settle in and rest after your flight before the adventure really kicks off.
- Day 2
Antananarivo to Diego Suarez
You'll catch a domestic flight to Diego Suarez in the morning. After landing, head out on a boat tour to see three bays in the area. The route takes you through dune bay, pigeon bay, and Sakalava bay, each with white sand and turquoise water. You're back in town by evening.

Diego Suarez
Spend the day snorkeling in the Emerald Sea, which acts like a natural aquarium with clear turquoise waters. If you want, there are optional water activities available. Heading back to Diego Suarez happens late in the afternoon.

Diego Suarez
This morning you'll head to Amber Mountain, a volcanic peak that rises 1,475 meters high. The landscape has tropical vegetation and you can see waterfalls and lakes along the trails. Look for lemurs and the world's smallest chameleon species among the endemic wildlife. Return to Diego Suarez after exploring.

Diego Suarez
Check out the red Tsingy, which is similar to the famous Tsingy of Ankarana but smaller in scale. The distinctive red color comes from sandstone, marl, and laterite formations that create an otherworldly landscape.

Diego Suarez
You'll spend the day in Ankarana National Park walking through limestone Tsingy formations and exploring famous caves including the Cave Cathedral. The park's canyons and biodiversity are impressive, and you'll spot black parrots, bats, and other wildlife throughout the day.

Diego Suarez to Nosy Be
An early departure takes you toward Ankify, driving through plantations of geranium, cocoa, coffee, and ylang ylang. From there, you'll take a boat out to Nosy Be island. Optional activities include dhow or catamaran cruises, snorkeling, diving, water sports, safaris, and day trips to other islands.
