Richard· March 3rd, 2025Most of the trip went well: hotels were good and suitcase founds its way. There were also serious problems where I was misinformed about my lodging, booked into a closed hotel an given phone numbers that do not work. Tourradar is not a travel agency, but a marketing company, so they outsource their travel which causes great confusion. 1. Itinerary showed stay at Conventa San Benito in A Guarda. My suitcase was sent elsewhere and I was NOT informed of the change. 2 Alvear Suites in Redomdela was CLOSED. There was massive confusion why I was booked there and there was no heat. Nobody spoke English or German, and I almost had to book my own room elsewhere as there was no heat and it was rainy and cold. This was a huge mis-step by the travel agency. Breakfast was a joke. 3. My contact numbers in Spain were non-working numbers, or they would not speak any language but Spanish. 34 628621864 & 34 986400637 4. I'm not impress with Tourradar due to sub-contracting out services to another company. I will take my business elsewhere next time...Show more
