Porto
Board the ship at 5 p.m. and head to the welcome cocktail to meet the crew. If you're interested, there's an optional coach tour through Porto at night that takes you past UNESCO World Heritage sites and the impressive Sao Bento train station, so you can see the city lit up before settling in for the night.

Porto to Peso da Régua
This morning you can choose between two options: take a coach tour of Porto visiting Bolsa Palace and the Church of Saint Francis with wine tasting, or try the interactive museum and boat ride at World of Discoveries. After lunch, the ship heads out on the Douro River, passing through Europe's highest water-level lock. You'll arrive in Peso da Régua by evening with free time to walk around and get to know the town.

Peso da Régua to Vega de Terrón
An optional morning excursion takes you to Mateus Palace gardens near Vila Real, where you'll see baroque architecture, taste local wines, and sample fresh pastries. Head back to the ship in Pinhão, then cruise through the vineyard-covered landscape and historic locks toward Vega de Terrón. The evening features Spanish-themed entertainment on board.

Vega de Terrón to Senhora da Ribeira
Today offers two all-day options: a walking tour of Salamanca's historic center (a UNESCO site) including the famous university and cathedral, or a more relaxed day at the Aldehuela sports complex with pools and spa. There's a picnic lunch included, and by afternoon the ship cruises back through the Douro Valley vineyards toward Senhora da Ribeira. The evening wraps up with a festive gala dinner.

Senhora da Ribeira to Leverinho
Take an optional morning coach tour along the Port Wine Route to Pinhão, driving through vineyard scenery and stopping for wine tasting at a quinta and visiting the historic Pinhão train station. Once back on the ship, you'll cruise to Leverinho where there's time to relax and take in the river views. Traditional entertainment happens that evening.
