  In July of 2024, my friend and I experienced our first Katarina cruise on the beautiful yacht the MARKAN. Our route was called “Dalmatian Paradise” beginning in Split and returning to Split. It was truly a wonderful trip and one of the best weeks of our lives! I’ve taken many cruises all of which I loved but this by far was “THE BEST” ! The Captain, Petar, and his entire crew were amazing! I want to thank Ivan, Predrag, Marko, Duje and Andrea for making this trip so pleasant, fun and very comfortable. Compliments to the chefs, Sasa & Nikola, for the delicious and beautifully presented food ! And, also for the best coffee selection ever! The yacht’s resident tour guide, Tatiana, was always so pleasant and she very attentive to our needs. She went over and beyond! All the excursions were well planned and enjoyable. I met such wonderful and fun-loving people on board. I’ll never forget all the good times we shared ! The yacht was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony . I am looking forward to a 2 cruise with Katharine- Line soon. . I highly recommend Katarina Line . I will always cherish the memorable moments I have of this fantastic week on the MARKAN !

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. The cruise was absolutely amazing. Juri, our cruise director was fabulous and the ship, Aurelia, had an amazing Captain and crew. The itinerary (split down to Dubrovnik and back to split) was fabulous. We have such beautiful stops and the guides were great. Top notch service and top notch people. Can't wait to book my next one!

  Thank you Katarina Line, for a most wonderful Adriatic “Small ship” cruise. Our cruise was the KL Deluxe - Dalmatian Paradise Split to Split on the ship called the Futura in mid-July. At the end of June we came home from the Alaskan cruise on the Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth when I got the “last minute” offer from the Katarina Line for this Dalmatian cruise. It looked so good that we accepted and two weeks later we were on a cruise that turned out to be one of our best. The program is well thought out offering plenty of sun bathing, swimming, sightseeing and informative lectures. The ship is big enough to master the seas and to find some personal space. And it is cozy enough to meet and spend time with your newly made friends. Our air conditioned cabin was just as spacious as our suite on the QE. Every part of the ship shines with cleanliness which is kept that way by the vigilant crew. The food on board is way beyond what we expected. It was like dining in a Zagat or Gault Millau rated restaurant, Breakfast is buffet style but all other meals are waiter served with complimentary wine. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The menu included filet mignon, homemade pasta with truffles, roast veal roulade, monkfish fillets in a wine sauce, pašticada (Dalmatian specialty) and more. And don’t get me started on deserts. If all that wasn’t enough, one evening they took us to a restaurant on a farm where we enjoyed homemade prosciutto, cheeses and meats roasted under the dome with all the wine you could drink. This was also included in the cruise fare. Of course, we cannot forget to mention the beauty of the Croatian coast, the crystal clear sea, each town unique and beautiful and the mountains rising straight up out of the sea. Of course, none of this would be possible without our outstanding captain Damir and his crew who made sure that we were well taken care of and that all of our wisher were met. And we cannot forget our wonderful guide, organizer and group leader, Ivan. Thank you all for making this cruise even better than the one we experienced on the Queen Elizabeth. We will see you on another cruise.
