Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Chame
You'll travel by jeep from Kathmandu through Besisahar heading toward Chame, which takes around 3 to 4 hours from Besisahar. The route passes through small villages and terraced farmland, and you'll get good views of the snow-capped Annapurna and Manaslu peaks as you drive. This is mostly a travel day to get you positioned for the trek ahead.

- Day 2
Chame to Lower Pisang
Your first trekking day follows the Marsyangdi River trail, moving through Bratang, Chemyau Kharka, and Dhukur Pokhari. After that, you'll head up to Upper Pisang for acclimatization purposes, then drop back down to Lower Pisang where you'll stay for the night. It's a good opportunity to let your body adjust to the elevation before pushing higher.

Lower Pisang to Manang
You'll trek from Pisang to Braga, which is a distinctive Tibetan village with its own character. From there, the trail continues to Manang in the upper region. Once you arrive, you'll have time to visit the Gompa, a Buddhist temple and the largest one in the area, plus you'll see views of Mt. Chulu and Gangapurna from there.

- Day 4
Manang
This day is built in for acclimatization while staying in Manang. You can take a short hike to either Bhojo Gumba or Gangapurna Lake to help your body adjust to the altitude. The rest of the day is open, so you'll have time to walk around town, rest at your lodge, or check out local spots at your own pace.

Manang to Thorong Phedi or High Camp
You'll trek for about 4 hours heading to Ledar, then continue on to Thorong Phedi at the base of Thorong Himal. Where you sleep that night depends on weather conditions and other factors, so your accommodation could be at Thorong Phedi itself or at High Camp, whichever works best for the group and conditions.

- Day 6
Thorong La Pass to Muktinath
Today's the big day for crossing Thorong La Pass, which takes 4 to 5 hours of trekking and ranks among the world's highest mountain passes. From the pass, you'll see views of peaks over 6000m and down into the Kali Gandaki Valley. After crossing, you'll descend to Muktinath where you'll see Mt. Dhaulagiri on the descent and settle in for the night.

- Day 7
Muktinath to Pokhara
You'll visit Muktinath Temple, a sacred site respected by both Buddhists and Hindus, then check out Jwala Mai Sanctuary. After spending time at these sites, you'll drive from Jomson back to Pokhara, which marks the end of your trek. This wraps up your Annapurna circuit adventure and gets you back to the lower elevation and more developed areas.
