Everything was brilliantly arranged and ran smoothly - we enjoyed it all - temples, tuktuks, trecking, sailing, foodie, markets, puppet show, river raft, tribes, bicycles, fantastic Vietnam cuisine cooking class. The hotels were all really different but all comfortable and the transport was excellent. - DADaniel· July 18th, 2024Overall this was a good experience. The places we saw like Ha Long Bay, Hoi-An, the imperial city at Hue, and Angkor Watt were amazing. The tour guides were mixed, sometimes having good English and sometimes they were extremely difficult to understand. The hotels in Hoi An and Hue were very good. The other hotels were mixed quality. We wish we had had more time in My Son Sanctuary which was extremely interesting and that they had cut out things like how to make rice paper. Many tours were like this, adding in less interesting stops and taking away time from the more interesting historical stops. - Andy· February 21st, 202315 of us from London wanted to spend our vacation in Vietnam, We have looked for the best operator which can in charged of all our inquires, finally found LVPtravel on the internet, Jenny was super-helpful in advance over email and arranged all the details and payments etc so we had confidence on the day that things would come together. We were picked up at 08:30 from our hotel and had a 2.5 hour drive to Halong Bay where the guide (Billy) gave us some history and general chat which was handy. On arrival we went to our boat and set out into Halong Bay at which point we were given a lovely meal with good veggie options. We headed to one island for a hike and a swim, then to another where we went kayaking through caves then on to some caves with stalagmites etc before a boat back to shore and a fast drive back to Hanoi. Really hard to find anything to fault about the organization, the personnel and the trip itself so would highly recommend if you want a seamless booking.
