Itinerary
- Day 1
Lima to Puerto Maldonado
You'll fly from Lima to Puerto Maldonado and head straight into the Peruvian Amazon. After landing, check out the Inkaterra Butterfly House before hopping into a motorized canoe for a cruise down the Madre de Dios River toward your jungle lodge. Once you settle in, meet with your guides who'll help you figure out what activities work best for the next few days.

- Day 2
Puerto Maldonado (Amazon Rainforest)
This is your day to explore the rainforest however you like. You can walk the canopy trails, take a river cruise to Lake Sandoval or Gamitana Creek looking for monkeys and birds, visit a local village, or do a night exploration if that appeals to you. Pick whatever sounds good and your guides will make it happen.

Puerto Maldonado (Amazon Rainforest)
Keep exploring the Amazon with activities you choose. Whether it's more time on the water, wildlife spotting, or different sections of the rainforest, you'll have options arranged based on what interested you most so far.
- Day 4
Puerto Maldonado to Lima
Transfer to Puerto Maldonado airport for your flight back to Lima. Once you land in Peru's capital, head to your hotel and get settled for the evening after your jungle stay.
- Day 5
Lima to Guayaquil
Head to the airport for your flight to Guayaquil, Ecuador's second largest city. When you arrive in the afternoon, you've got free time to either relax at your hotel or wander around on your own if you're up for it.

- Day 6
Guayaquil to Galapagos (Santa Cruz Island)
Fly to Baltra Island and take a ferry across Itabaca Channel to Santa Cruz Island. After lunch in the highlands, head down to Puerto Ayora to see the Charles Darwin Research Station and the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center. Walk the main street afterward, then board Yacht Isabela II where you'll have a Captain's Welcome Cocktail and dinner.

- Day 7
Galapagos Islands (Bartolome & Santiago Islands)
Start at Bartolome Island climbing wooden stairs to reach the top for panoramic views. Take a panga ride around Pinnacle Rock spotting Galapagos penguins and dolphins. After lunch, head to Santiago Island's Sullivan Bay with its white coral sand beach for swimming or walk through the unusual lava fields.

Galapagos Islands (Santa Cruz & Santiago Islands)
Walk at Dragon Hill on Santa Cruz Island's north coast and reach a brackish lagoon where you'll see flamingos and land iguanas. Snorkel in the clear water for rays, green turtles, and sharks. Following lunch, head to Buccaneer Cove on Santiago Island where you can snorkel, take a panga ride, or look through a glass-bottom boat at the marine life.

- Day 9
Galapagos Islands (Isabela & Fernandina Islands)
Visit Isabela Island to see Galapagos fur seals, Nazca boobies, penguins, and marine iguanas, with snorkeling possible if conditions work out. Later, check out Fernandina Island, the youngest in the archipelago with an active volcano, hawks, flightless cormorants, and tons of marine iguanas.

Galapagos to Guayaquil
Get off Yacht Isabela II at Baltra Island and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Guayaquil. The evening is free, so you can explore the city or take it easy.
- Day 11
Guayaquil Departure
After breakfast, head to the airport for your onward flight and wrap up your Ecuador and Amazon adventure.
