Your cruise begins at 6 p.m. when you board the ship. Meet the crew during the welcome cocktail to get to know people and settle in before dinner.

Kaysersberg - Riquewihr
The ship cruises through scenic canals heading toward Kunheim, and you'll have Alsatian gingerbread on hand to snack on. Stop in Kaysersberg to see the Christmas exhibit and holiday decorations, then head to Riquewihr to walk around its medieval streets and check out the Christmas market. Back on the ship by evening for a program of Christmas tales and songs.

Visit the Choco-Story chocolate museum and grab hot chocolate to warm up. Spend time browsing the Christmas market before returning to the ship for a festive gala dinner.

Our cruise on MS Symphonie was excellent. The boat and our cabin in particular were comfortable and well equipped. The food was very good, tasty, beautifully prepared and presented, with well-sized portions, and a wide variety of French cuisine including many regional specialities. The included wines were varied, delicious and demonstrated an interesting range of French varieties. The range of the other drinks on offer was also very satisfactory. We did not feel it was necessary to try any of the paid drinks but it was nice to know they were available. Service was excellent in all categories: efficient and friendly. We only took two of the optional excursions (Strasbourg and Colmar) and both were well organised and very interesting. We would happily take another cruise with CroisiEurope.

Fantastic cruise. Crew were great. Food was excellent. Excursions - Guided Tour of Paris and Landing Beaches (very informative, great guides). On evening of departure, with the upheaval of the French government and threat of lock closures, we were impressed with how staff quickly organized all passengers with coaches/early breakfast for departure from ship at 8 a.m.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
