Arrival in Doha
Your driver meets you at Doha Hamad International Airport and takes you to the hotel. Once you've checked in, the rest of the day is yours to do what you'd like, whether that's resting after your flight or getting out and seeing what's nearby.

Desert Safari and Doha City Highlights
Start early heading south to Mesaieed for a desert safari about 30 minutes away. You'll ride camels and get the full dune bashing experience in a 4x4, passing the Singing Sand Dunes and stopping for views across the desert. After lunch, walk through Souq Waqif and check out the Falcon Souq, then head to the Museum of Islamic Art. Drive by Corniche and West Bay before finishing up at Katara Cultural Village and Pearl-Qatar Island by evening.

Zekreet Beach and Richard Serra Sculptures
This morning, you have time to explore on your own. The National Museum of Qatar, Islamic Culture Center, Grand Mosque, or Corniche are all good options depending on what interests you. After lunch, drive about an hour to Zekreet Beach to see the coast, then visit Zekreet Village. The Richard Serra Sculptures are quite something to see, those 14-meter-high steel plates, and the limestone rock formations nearby look almost like mushrooms before heading back to the city.

Northern Qatar and Dhow Boat Cruise
Take the morning at your own pace. In the afternoon, head to the seaport town of Al Khor and then to Al Ruwais, Qatar's second largest port city with its beach. From there, go to Purple Island and continue on to Al Zubara to see the Al Zubara Fortress Museum, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll also see the art installation 'Shadow Travelling on the Sea of the Day' by Olafur Eliasson and the abandoned village of Al Jumail. Later, board a traditional dhow to sail the Persian Gulf for about 30-45 minutes and take in the evening before returning to your hotel.
