Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech to Boumalne Dades
Your guide and driver pick you up around 8:00 from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. The drive takes more than 3 hours to reach Ait Benhaddou, where you'll stop for lunch. After eating, you'll explore the famous Kasbah where many movies were filmed. From there, continue to Ouarzazate to visit Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studio. On the way to your hotel in Boumalne Dades, you'll pass through the scenic Roses Valley.

- Day 2
Boumalne Dades to Merzouga
Start with breakfast, then hike Monkey Fingers to see unique rock formations before continuing along the Road of 1,000 Kasbahs. Pass through Tinghir and reach the rocky Todra Gorges for another hike. After lunch and a rest, drive to Merzouga and switch to a 4x4 vehicle heading to the Sahara Desert Camp at Erg Chebbi Dunes. You can hike around the dunes or try sand boarding. Later, take a 1-hour camel ride to watch the sunset, then enjoy dinner with a bonfire and Berber music performance. Sleep in a nomad tent for the night.

- Day 3
Merzouga to Fez
Wake early to catch the sunrise over the Sahara Desert, then have breakfast at the camp and take a refreshing shower. Travel by private air-conditioned car through Erfoud and Ziz Gorges, stopping for lunch in a Berber village in Midelt or nearby. In the afternoon, head through the Middle Atlas Mountains with a half-hour stop at Azrou Cedar Forest to see Barbary apes. Stop in Ifrane for coffee before driving north to Fez, arriving before dark. Your driver will drop you at your designated hotel or riad in Fez.
