Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Bardia National Park
You'll fly into Nepalgunj and then transfer to Bardia National Park where you get settled and briefed on the tour. The crocodile breeding center is your first stop, showing you marsh mugger and gharial crocodiles plus turtles. From there, head to the small museum to learn about Tharu customs and rituals. Later in the day, take a jungle drive through the park to look for wildlife and get a feel for the vegetation.

Bardia National Park
You're back at the crocodile breeding center this morning to see the marsh mugger and gharial crocodiles and turtles again if you missed anything. After that, the small museum focusing on Tharu culture is on your schedule. In the afternoon, you'll head out on a jungle drive with a packed lunch, watching for wildlife and taking in the park's different plant life and animals.

Bardia National Park
After breakfast, you start a full day safari at Bardia Wildlife Reserve searching for Bengal tigers. You'll head to Gola, where rhinos, elephants, and tigers share the territory. Throughout the day you're watching for hundreds of mammals, reptiles, birds, and endangered species in their natural surroundings.

Landmarks Bardia National Park Gola - Day 4
Bardia National Park to Kathmandu
Following breakfast, you fly from Nepalgunj back to Kathmandu with nice views of Nepal's landscapes and the distant Himalayas along the way. Once you arrive in Kathmandu, you'll browse the markets to pick up souvenirs. The tour finishes with an overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
