Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and get picked up by private vehicle to head to your hotel. Once you're settled, you'll meet with the Sherpa Expedition trekking team for a briefing about the Annapurna Circuit Trek. The timing works around when you land, so the meeting might be later that same day or the next morning depending on your flight.

- Day 2
Kathmandu to Dharapani
After breakfast, you'll drive from Kathmandu to Besishahar, then switch to a jeep for the 4-hour ride to Dharapani. From there, you'll settle into a teahouse near the Marshyangdi River and get your first taste of mountain life and the river views you'll see throughout the trek.

Landmarks Marshyangdi River - Day 3
Dharapani to Chame
This morning you trek for 5 hours from Dharapani to Chame, passing mountain views and waterfalls along the way. It's a gentler day, and Chame gives you more options than smaller villages since it's the district headquarters of Manang. The teahouse here has better facilities, so it's a good spot to settle in and rest.

- Day 4
Chame to Pisang
After breakfast, you'll climb to Telekhu and trek through forests on a fairly flat path to Bhrathang. You'll cross the Marshyangdi River using a suspension bridge, walk past Dhikurpokhari, and then spend another 45 minutes reaching Pisang teahouse where you'll stay the night.

- Day 5
Pisang to Manang
Check out the Tibetan-style village of Braga where houses are stacked together with traditional architecture throughout. The district's largest monastery sits on a high crag with strong views of the surrounding area. From there, trek 45 minutes to Manang and get settled into your teahouse for a couple nights.

- Day 6
Manang (Acclimatization Day)
You're staying put in Manang today to let your body adjust to the higher elevation and help prevent altitude sickness. Wander around the village on your own or join an optional afternoon hike to either Gangapurna Lake or Lama Cave if you're feeling up for it and want to keep moving.

- Day 7
Manang to Yak Kharka/Ledar
Trek uphill for 4 hours from Manang through juniper forests to Yak Kharka, moving through alpine pastures where you might spot yaks grazing. You'll pass the only teahouse at Thorong Khola along the way. Depending on how conditions look, your group could continue further to Ledar for the night instead.

Yak Kharka/Ledar to Phedi
This is a shorter trek day designed for more acclimatization as the landscape gets wilder around you. You'll descend to cross the Jarsang Khola and walk across scree slopes to reach the lone teahouses at Phedi, sitting at the base of Thorong La pass at 4,560m/14,960ft. Be ready for cold and wind.

- Day 9
Phedi to Thorong La to Muktinath to Jomsom
Today you cross Thorong La at 4,560m/14,960ft, which sits as the highest navigable mountain pass in the world. The trek takes about 6 hours from Phedi and follows old trade routes that have been used for centuries. You'll see Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Mt. Dhaulagiri along the way, then descend through grassy fields to Muktinath, one of Hinduism's holiest sites with its famous hot water spouts. After that, you'll drive to Jomsom for the night.

Jomsom to Pokhara
You'll drive to Pokhara through the world's deepest canyon, with Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri on either side and several snow-capped peaks visible. Check into your hotel and either rest or head out to explore the Lakeside area around Fewa Lake. There's time to browse shops for souvenirs and local food to try.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll drive back to Kathmandu along the scenic Prithvi Highway with refreshing views the whole way. Once you're back in Kathmandu, spend time exploring the vibrant city and picking up any final gifts and souvenirs to take home with you.
