  Excellent. The tour was very well organized. Hotels were in good locations . The pick up from airport and various ferry terminals was perfect and punctual. The tour organizer was always available on WhatsApp. It was a good mix of organized tour and free time.

  Overall, organization of the trip was pretty good with great support from the team. The only improvement I suggest, is to be more careful about sending instructions for the next day tours and meeting points. If I did not read the whole trip itinerary, I would have missed a mistake in instructions sent to me one night. However, the response from the team was timely and everything went well. Also, it would be great if tour operators found a way to alert guests that a pick up was being delayed due to the unforeseen circumstances. It would eliminate all the guessing and concerns while waiting for a pick up.

  The customer service was excellent. I didn't realise that Wanderful Holidays would be checking us in for ferry crossings, internal flights, tours etc. Taking this off our hands was a lovely added bonus. All transfers happened very smoothly. One of our tours was cancelled at very short notice and Wanderful Holidays managed to book us on another identical tour. When the operator charged us for entrance fees (which were included in the cancelled tour) Wanderful Holidays refunded us the costs within 24 hours. Our accommodation in Mykonos was outstanding. i have removed 1 star because the accommodation in Athens, in my opinion, was more suited to business travel than holiday travel and the location could have been better. In saying that the accommodation was clean and breakfast included. Accommodation in Santorini - this is a tough one to review. This is a family run, traditional Greek hotel and the rooms are in need of an update. However ,the hospitality shown by the host is second to none. George and his family are amazing hosts. The location is a long way from Fira or Oia BUT Kamari is lovely and on the beach. I agree with a previous review that an extra day in Athens and at least one extra day in Santorini (due to the location of the hotel) would be better. Overall I would recommend Wanderful Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

  Outstanding Service! Excellent communication throughout the process, from booking to final checkout. Even in the single instance when weather did not cooperate and forced to cancel a sailing activity, the team helped finding and booking a good alternative. Great hotels and highly professional local services. Perfect if you are looking for a fun, stress-free, fully organized vacation. Beats the crazy self-planning/booking/coordination hassle many times over.

  Overall, our 8-day trip to Greece in September of 2023 was fantastic! Our trip started in Athens where we had excellent accommodations (including breakfast) and a great tour of the Acropolis, the museum, and the Temple of Poseidon. We arrived in Mykonos on Day 3 to find our hotel had moved to a different location on the island. The company accommodated us with a vehicle as the hotel was in a completely different part of the island. Thankfully someone in our group was willing to drive! The hotel was really nice and located within walking distance of shops/dining. Our final part of the trip was in Santorini. The tours in Santorini were amazing (afternoon/dinner/sunset cruise on a catamaran and a bus tour of the island with wine tasting)! However, the hotel accommodations we less than desirable in Santorini. Our room was very old and rundown. All transfers to/from the airports/ferries were excellent, as well! I would highly recommend utilizing Tourratdar for your upcoming holiday! They were accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. Personally, in hindsight, we would've planned for 1 additional day in Athens and 1 additional day in Santorini.

  My experience is that just my experience. THIS operation does keep in touch of you with before and after the experience. I live in Alaska and from Alaska. At the start of the tour I boarded my Three fights to Athens Greece and had wonderful flights to first destination! I contacted the operator and that had landed. I had a transfer ready and was in the vehicle within 20mins of landing. All of the places to stay during destinations were 5 star. I get to first destination there I have no itineraries no places booked I can visit. So i spend the first legging just wondering around the stay. I found GREAT restaurants that would visit daily or weekly that is all . And the next one is similar. I will stay positive. I will visit the beaches and the fairies thu my visits but every thing else was below par. My guides never showed up ect.. I did not get to see any sites

  What an incredible trip to remember! Greece is such a beautiful country and my wife and I had so much fun exploring and experiencing the culture and extravagance. The view from our hotel in Mykonos was beyond stunning. The trip did have a few hickups but I really appreciated the quick and efficient communication from Tourradar to correct the problem or issue. They did not give excuses for the companies they booked through for transport or tours and really had our back. They also asked and listened to feedback and expressed their appreciation for it. Will definitely considerer using them again in the future!
