Itinerary
- Day 1
Frankfurt to Kathmandu
You'll board your scheduled flight from Frankfurt to Kathmandu with a connecting flight in between. The journey takes you across multiple time zones, and you'll arrive the following day.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
Landing in Kathmandu, you'll handle your Nepal visa processing at the airport. Your tour guide meets you right at the exit and drives you to Hotel Tibet for check-in and rest after your long journey.

Kathmandu
This morning takes you through Durbar Square, where you'll walk around the palace complexes and temples that form one of Nepal's most significant Hindu sites. Later in the evening, you head to the 40-meter-high Buddhist stupa at Bodnath to watch pilgrims perform their spiritual rituals around the structure.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
After breakfast, you travel by overland bus to Pokhara on a scenic mountain route. Your hotel overlooks Phewa Lake. In the afternoon, you take a boat trip across Nepal's second-largest lake with the Himalayan peaks visible across the water.

Pokhara
You drive to Naudanda at 1,463 meters on the Kaski ridge after breakfast. On the way, you stop at the Tibetan village of Hyanja to see the children's home and school. Then you hike for about 3 hours up to Sarangkot, where you get views of Phewa Lake and the surrounding mountains before heading back to Pokhara.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, you drive back to Kathmandu. The rest of your day is open for whatever interests you, whether that's wandering the streets, visiting shops, or just resting at the hotel.

Kathmandu to Thimphu
You transfer to the airport for a one-hour flight to Paro, flying past massive Himalayan peaks reaching 7000 and 8000 meters. From there, you drive to Thimphu and explore the capital city, checking out the national library, painting school, and the impressive Tashichho Dzong monastery complex.

- Day 8
Thimphu to Punakha
You visit Simthoka Dzong, the country's oldest fortress, then drive through mountain passes. At Dochu La Pass, you see prayer flags and 109 chortens built to celebrate royal victories, with views of Gangar Punsum peak at 7520 meters. You continue to Punakha and tour the Punakha Dzong monastery at the river confluence, then walk to Chime Lhakhang sanctuary.

Punakha to Paro
On your way to Paro, you stop at a traditional Bhutanese farmhouse to see how people live. Once in Paro, you visit Drukgyel Dzong and Kyichu Lhakhang, which is one of Bhutan's oldest temples and holds significant spiritual importance.

Paro
You hike for three hours up to Tiger's Nest Monastery, which sits dramatically on a steep rock face and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After reaching the monastery and spending time there, you descend and visit a Bhutanese family to learn about rural traditions and how locals live.

Paro to Dhulikhel
After breakfast, you transfer to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Once you arrive, you drive toward the Tibetan border to a mountain viewpoint at Dhulikhel on the Road of Friendship that connects Kathmandu with Tibet, giving you views across the entire Himalayan range.

Dhulikhel to Bhaktapur
You wake early to catch the sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast, you drive to Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you'll walk through the fascinating architecture and explore the lively markets, particularly the busy pottery market.

Bhaktapur to Kathmandu

You transfer to the airport for your return flight to Frankfurt. Depending on your specific travel dates and departure time, you may arrive in Frankfurt the next day after crossing back over multiple time zones.
