Is it valid that I should fly to Kathmandu on March 30th and fly home on April 13th? Is it possible to arrive 1 day earlier and depart 1 day later if necessary due to plane tickets?

We do milke dada trekking in 15 days but above plan is change able according to our clients needs. Also you can come earlier or later as you wish but its up to you how long you can walk during the trek and hike.

Introduction

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu and meet SNFT representative at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink and short briefing, relax.
Day 2 Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar 410m, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 3 Trek from Tumlingtar to Phapung , stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 4 Trek from Phapung to Chainpur 1260m, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 5 Trek from Chainpur to Jaljala, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 6 Trek from Jaljala to Bhalukhop, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 7 Trek from Bhalukhop to Milke Danda 3690m, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 8 Exploring surrounding hills, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 9 Trek from Milke Danda to Mayuan, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 10 Trek from Mayuan to Chainpur 1260m, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 11 Trek from Chainpur to Tumlingtar 410m, stay overnight at tented camp.
Day 12 Fly from Tumlingtar to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Amazing Authentic Treks . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Amazing Authentic Treks will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Amazing Authentic Treks " tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
