Your river cruise begins this afternoon in Düsseldorf. Once you're settled on board, there's free time to either relax on the ship or take a walk through the KÖ shopping district, which has holiday decorations up throughout. Later, you'll head to the welcome sparkling wine reception where you can meet your tour guide and get oriented with the other travelers.

Cologne
This morning you'll arrive in Koblenz to see the Deutsche Eck and explore the Christmas markets set up in the old town. There's an optional tour available if you want a guided walk through the best spots. Back on the ship by afternoon, you'll have time to relax before heading out again in the evening. Cologne's Christmas markets are next, where you can grab mulled wine, hot honey mead, and regional food near the cathedral.
