Loved exploring small towns like Mandawa and Bijaipur that we’d never have found on our own. The guides were informative and open to questions, which helped us understand more than just what we were looking at. Hotels had character sometimes old-fashioned, but always welcoming. Our driver was friendly and helpful, even found us good coffee a few times. Definitely not a luxury trip, but packed with genuine experiences.Show more

Our guide in Jodhpur took us to a lesser-known stepwell that wasn’t crowded at all. Hotels were modest but always clean. We got to try street food safely with our guide’s help. The driver navigated beautifully through all kinds of roads and even taught us a few Hindi phrases. Cultural experiences like music in Mandawa and the ghats in Pushkar made it more than just sightseeing.
