Experience …over crowed everywhere with poor service, hot as blazes, not anything near a “luxury cruise “The boat was worn and dirty, the food was institutional. The day tours were bad and didn’t deliver as promised. Worst of all was discovering that the beautiful bay is severely polluted by all the crowds of humans and boats. There are 2000+ tourist boats … there is trash everywhere and the water is too polluted to get in. Let’s not go to Halong Bay. There should be a limited number allowed on the bay and require reservations to keep the crowds controlled. But first it has to be cleaned up. It was sickening to see the filth and it was difficult to stay 2 nights. The best thing is I met some lovely fellow travelers.Show moreTrip date: July 2022

Normally the Evisa do not need approval letter. Mexican can easily apply for Evisa online without any document. Please visit evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn the website of the immigration department in Vietnam to apply that.
