- ASAjaypal· July 25th, 2024I booked a round trip flight from these guys for bali on last Thursday morning,i called and confirmed that there is 20 kg check in baggage for my flight and they said yes sir , e tickets will be issued in 24 hrs .after number of calls and fake promises that we will send your e tickets today .I received my ticket yesterday by 4:30pm and it says no check in baggage . I call customer care number and they said i have to pay extra $806 dollars for check in baggage. The guys are running a scam be aware don’t waste you hard earned money. The Staff is very rude specially Daniel .Show more
