Airport to Antigua Guatemala
After arriving at the airport, you'll get a transfer to your hotel in Antigua Guatemala. This gives you time to settle in and shake off the travel before the activities start tomorrow.

Antigua Guatemala
Start with a guided tour through a coffee plantation where you'll see the entire process from bean picking all the way through to serving. After grabbing lunch, you'll walk through Antigua's main plaza and check out the city's key churches, monasteries, and monuments before heading back to the hotel.

Pacaya Volcano
Head out on a guided walk through volcanic sand paths with views of volcanoes and the landscape around them. You'll reach the plateau that overlooks the main crater, and depending on activity, you might see lava and steam baths created by the volcano's heat. There's a 15-minute rest built in, which gives you time to get a closer look at the lava if conditions allow.

Iximche - Guatemala City
Early morning transfer takes you to Chichicastenango's colorful market in the Mayan Highlands, which has a 100% Quiché population. From there you'll head to Tecpán for lunch (on your own), then a guide shows you around the Iximche Ruins. In the afternoon, a transfer gets you to Guatemala City and your hotel.

Lake Atitlán
You'll start in Panajachel, an 800-year-old town, then take a boat across Lake Atitlán to visit a Tzutuhil village. There you can walk through women's weaving cooperatives to see traditional dyeing methods, look at local murals, visit the church and houses. Lunch comes with views of the lake before you boat back to Panajachel.

Flight to Tikal
An early pickup at 04:30 AM gets you to Guatemala City Airport for a 06:30 AM flight to Flores in Petén, landing at 07:45 AM. After transferring to Tikal, a guide walks you through the layout of temples and acropolises including Complex Q and R, the Central Acropolis, Temple I and Temple II. You'll also see the Lost World before returning to the Visitor Center for lunch and free time before transferring to your hotel in Flores.

Yaxhá
A transfer takes you to Yaxhá, a former ceremonial center from the Pre-Columbian Maya Civilization. You'll explore ruins that show Teotihuacan architectural influence and stelae, including the only twin pyramid complex outside of Tikal. Lunch happens during the tour.
