- Day 1
Arrival in Jerusalem
You'll arrive in Jerusalem and head to your hotel whenever you get there. It's worth booking an extra night beforehand to shake off jet lag, since the tour picks up speed pretty quickly and downtime is limited. Keep in mind that how people interact and do things here might work differently than back home, so go in with flexibility and genuine interest in how locals live.

Jerusalem
This morning starts with a walking tour through Jerusalem's Old City, hitting sites that matter to Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. You'll see the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque at the Temple Mount, then walk through the Jewish Quarter to Hurva Synagogue, follow the Way of the Cross, and climb Mount of Olives for views across the city. Later in the evening, a local scholar talks through what daily life actually looks like in Israel and shares perspectives.

Jerusalem
Spend your morning at Yad Vashem, Israel's Holocaust memorial. From there, you check out the Israel Museum and take your time looking at the Dead Sea Scrolls. That evening, join a walking tour through Mahane Yehuda Market with an Israeli chef who explains key ingredients in the cuisine, and then you'll participate in a kosher cooking class to get hands-on with traditional food preparation.

Bethlehem
Travel to Bethlehem in the West Bank hills and see Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity, the believed birthplace of Jesus. After that, you walk through a nearby Palestinian refugee camp, then visit a women's collective to watch how Palestinian dishes come together in their shared kitchen. You'll eat a traditional meal alongside these women and hear firsthand what refugee life involves.

Landmarks Manger Square Church of the Nativity - Day 5
Dead Sea - Sea of Galilee
Head out early for a guided tour of Masada, King Herod's 2,000-year-old hilltop fortress and UNESCO World Heritage site. You'll wander through palace and bathhouse ruins, then move to the Dead Sea to float in the mineral-heavy water. Later, head north to the Sea of Galilee and stop at a kibbutz to learn about the movement's history. Tonight you're staying at a kibbutz-run resort-style hotel.

- Day 6
Nazareth - Winery
Start at Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus supposedly delivered the Sermon on the Mount, taking in views of the Sea of Galilee and visiting a commemorative church. Next, explore Capernaum's ruins and get perspectives from Israeli Arabs. You'll continue to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, one of the Middle East's largest churches. Wrap up with a private wine tasting and tour at a local vineyard.

Caesarea - Tel Aviv
Head toward the Mediterranean, making a stop in the coastal city of Haifa on the way. Continue south to Caesarea Maritima to walk around this ancient harbor city's ruins. You'll finish the day in Tel Aviv for your final night in Israel.

Landmarks Haifa Caesarea Maritima - Day 8
Tel Aviv to Amman
You'll head from Tel Aviv toward the Israeli-Jordanian border for your crossing into Jordan. Once you make it through to the other side, a transfer takes you into Amman where you'll check in at your hotel and meet your CEO. The evening is yours to settle in, walk around the neighborhood, or grab dinner wherever catches your interest.

- Day 9
Amman
Head to Jerash, which has some of the world's largest and best-preserved Roman ruins. Spend time exploring the ruins, then join a cooking class at a women-run café supported by G Adventures, where local women prepare a traditional lunch. Travel back to Amman afterward and visit the Jordan Archaeological Museum and the Citadel ruins.

Amman to Wadi Musa (Petra)
Travel east toward Petra along the King's Highway, passing views of the Dead Sea from Mount Nebo's summit. You arrive in Wadi Musa and stop at the Madaba Mosaics, then listen to an archaeologist talk about Petra's sandstone architecture and what made it significant.

Petra

Wadi Rum
Head to Wadi Rum in the morning and have lunch at the desert camp before a 4x4 excursion into the desert landscape. Watch the sunset from a good spot, then return to camp for a traditional Bedouin feast. Later, take a night walk with a Bedouin guide to see the starry sky. You'll sleep in a comfortable desert camp with ensuite bathrooms that gives you a feel for Bedouin life.

Wadi Rum to Dead Sea
