Day 1
Nairobi
Your driver meets you at Nairobi airport and takes you to Kenya Comfort Hotel for check-in. After that, the afternoon and evening are open for you to walk around the capital on your own and get a feel for the city.

Day 2
Nairobi to Masai Mara
You'll head out at 8am after breakfast, driving toward Masai Mara Game Reserve. On the way, you'll stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take photos, then grab lunch in Narok. From there it's about 2 more hours to reach the reserve, check in, and get ready for an afternoon game drive around sunset.

There's an option to visit a traditional Masai village before driving back to Nairobi, where lunch happens along the way and you arrive at your hotel or airport by late afternoon.

An incredible experience. Blown away by the quantity and diversity of animals we encountered and especially how close we were able to get, whilst always respecting the rules (which not all drivers do!). Peter the guide and driver was exceptional. Drives between locations was long and the 'roads' are often appalling. If we were to do it again we would have picked the Landcruiser for this reason. Didn't affect our enjoyment of the safari itself, but Landcruiser would have been quicker and easier to pick its way through the roads. Dom deserved a driving award for how he got the minivan along some of those roads!

My wife and I traveled to Kenya for our honeymoon and organized a safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara with Gracepatt. The company was incredibly communicative and planned everything we asked for perfectly. On arrival, we were paired with our guide Steve, who turned out to be the best guide we could have possibly asked for. Steve expertly navigated tough roads, spotted tons and tons of animals, and used his deep knowledge of animal behavior and Masai culture to give us incredibly deep insight into all of Kenya's animals and Kenyan life and culture. We saw all of the Big Five and so so much more. We joked throughout the safari that any time Steve picked up his binoculars to get a better view of something that we ourselves would have never noticed in the distance, we were about to see something great. By the end, Steve wasn't just our expert guide but was also a great friend. We'd recommend Gracepatt Ecotours Kenya to anyone traveling to Kenya for a safari and we especially highly recommend our incredible guide Steve.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Gracepatt Ecotours Kenya. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
