Itinerary
- Day 1
Amsterdam
You'll arrive in Amsterdam with your flight needing to touch down by 3:30 pm, then head to your river ship for a 5 pm boarding. The afternoon and early evening are yours to spend however you'd like, so you can either wander the city on your own or join an optional tour out to Zaanse Schans to see the historic windmills and traditional Dutch houses. Once you're settled into your cabin, dinner happens onboard this evening.

Amsterdam
Your morning kicks off with a choice: take an early walk through Amsterdam with your Adventure Host or go on a guided canal cruise to see the Golden Age mansions, then stick around for a Dutch beer experience. After that, the afternoon is open for wandering the colorful streets, checking out galleries, or hitting the shops, though there are optional guided excursions if you want more structure. By evening, the ship sets sail for Rotterdam.

Rotterdam
You've got several morning options here. Walk through Rotterdam with your Adventure Host, take a full or half-day guided visit to Keukenhof (which has over seven million tulips and other flowers in bloom), or sit in on a beer expert lecture onboard. Later, relax by the harbor, rent a bike and explore the area, or just wander the city. There's a harbor cruise before dinner along with some live entertainment to wind down the evening.

Antwerp
Antwerp offers a few directions for your morning. Bike through the city with your Adventure Host, or take a guided tour hitting the Grote Markt with its 16th-century guildhall buildings, the city hall, and the Cathedral of Our Lady (which has Rubens altarpieces inside), finishing at a brewery for Belgian beer education. A Brussels excursion is available if you want to go further. Your afternoon has flexibility for Belgian waffles, crepes, exploring the diamond district, or checking out the old wharfs. The ship hosts entertainment in the evening.

Ghent
Start your day in Ghent by walking with your Adventure Host or taking a canal boat to a local brewery to see how Gruut beer gets made. If you want something bigger, there's a full-day optional tour to Bruges where you'll see the canals, cobbled streets, and medieval buildings like the 13th-century belfry in Market Square, plus you'll get an orientation walk through Ghent too. The ship heads to Middelburg that evening.

Veere
In Middelburg, you can bike around with your Adventure Host or join a guided walk through the cobblestones and canals to see the 15th-century Gothic Town Hall and learn about the spice trade and Dutch East India Company. Free time after that for Babbelaar cookies, fries, or beer. Later, cruise to Veere where you'll either bike to the beach with your Adventure Host or visit the Flood Museum to learn about the 1953 flood and the Delta Works. Your evening includes a food and beer pairing dinner hosted by your Beer Expert.
