Kyra· June 11th, 2022I just returned from my trip to Greece. First, if it wasn't for the amazing Greek people and their country this could have been a nightmare trip. I must give Tour Radar a poor performance since they use many different travel agencies and then those travel companies use travel agencies within the country you are traveling, so there are so many hands in to pot, that you are not getting what you paid for and there is no accountability. First, BEWARE of ClickTours"!!!! DO NOT purchase the Greece Tour by ClickTours within Tour Radars Greek Island Trips. This company is awful! The hotel in Athens was in the middle of nowhere a few doors down from a strip club. nowhere near the center or were any of the beautiful historic areas of Athens. I paid for hotel "upgrades" on this trip and besides the one in Mykonos, the other two hotels were awful or subpar. The hotel in Santorini actually had us in basement room with no windows. We had to sleep there one of the nights until I paid a SECOND UPGRADE in order to move my family out of that room. Click Tours refused to move my hotel in Athens on the back end of the trip claiming there was nothing available in Athens even though I found 5 hotels that had rooms available... The accommodations were so stressful that it made me incredibly upset instead of enjoying my trip. Then we come to transportation where ClickTours had us taking a 6 hour ferry on our last full day in Greece instead of conveniently flying us out of an airport that took 45 minutes back to Athens. When I noticed this major flaw in the itinerary I asked them to change us to a flight which they did, but would not reimburse us for the fast Ferry because they said " it was too late" to make changes. Even though they don't release the details of your itinerary and the "times" on the Ferry until it's too late to change anything. That cost me almost $300 for a ferry we didn't take. On top I had to pay for the airplane tickets! TourRadar never intervened or provided any solutions. I would really stay away from Tour Radar in general since they were no help! If traveling to Greece, find a tour agency in Greece. They will be so much more helpful and have much better recommendations for hotels and itineraries than Tour Radar!Show moreTrip date: June 2022- MCMia· September 11th, 2021Overall great experience. Needs to apply for a visa and that process can take some time.

Asked on December 26th, 2022Would it be possible to upgrade hotels to 5* accommodations? What would happen during the rainy season with the ferry? In case a ferry got canceled what will happen? Would it be possible to offer pure vegetarian meals? (No meat, chicken or eggs)

1. Most 5* Hotels in the Islands are closed in the Winter - in Athens we can found 5* Hotel but in the Islands its not will be easy but we will check the availability. 2. Usually the ferry run as planned also in case of rain - in case the ferry will cancel due of bad weather your assistant will help you to arrange flight. 3. The meals that included its only breakfast - you can find at the hotels vegetarian meal at the breakfast.
