I had Sam P as my tour leader, he made the whole experience so easy and I felt relaxed the whole time. Not only did he excel at the expectations of his job but he also became a friend during this time. He looked after all of us from the moment we met until when we said our goodbyes. He made this tour group into a family and created memories for all of us that I’m sure we will carry with us forever. Of course there were some incidents, that were no fault of Sam’s including delayed grey hounds. I think the itinerary could do with a few more free days earlier on in the trip and would’ve liked to swap 2/4 days in cairns to stop off at noosa. Overall I loved the tour and would 100% recommended it to any traveller. As it was my first time on a tour like this I really appreciate that sam (tour guide) made me feel safe and secure the whole trip allowing me to relax and enjoy the whole experience.Show more

The easiest way to get from Melbourne Airport is the Skybus. The City Express operates between 6:30AM - midnight, 7 days per week. Walk out of the terminal and he will see the big red buses. There is a ticket office right by the buses. The bus will drop him at Southern Cross Train Station, he'll need to make his own way to Space Hostel via tram, they are free in the city. The meeting time is at 12:00pm.
