- Kimberly· January 9th, 2025Was a great highlight reel of Italy, very happy with the schedule. My favorites were Venice and Florence. Amalfi Coast was a very slow pace compared to the non-stop site seeing we did in Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. The only scheduling change I would have done would have been to spend less time in Naples/Amalfi Coast. Was worth it to go to see Pompeii, but otherwise was a lot of driving on windy roads. All the hotels chosen were very nice, great service/staff, upscale, safe, central, close to public transit. The private tours were soooo good. Definitely recommend. Tiziana in Florence was such a sweetheart and a wealth of knowledge of history, city planning, art, and architecture. And her food and shopping recommendations were also on point. I wish she had a podcast, I could listen to her for hours. If you book with a partner, only one person will be the point of contact for transfers and tours. So if you like to "share the load" of this admin tasks during the trip, just know it's not a group text between the driver and both travellers.Show more

We had dinner at the hotel last night—very nice, on the seaside side of the street, and 10% off if you're staying at the hotel. Just a short note to thank you and your team for the great organisation of our Crete-Santorini tour. As independent travellers getting on in age, the organisation allowed us to stay independent while relieving us of the stress and anxiety that often accompany independent travel. We thoroughly enjoyed each stay. We particularly loved the Ibis Styles in Athens—a clean, fresh, modern hotel. I initially thought it was too far out, but once we mastered the Metro, it was fine and even enabled us to find a couple of lovely family restaurants in the neighbourhood. The transfers were always on time. Thanks once again.Show more

Asked on May 17th, 2025What's the policy on cancellation/rescheduling? We're a family of 4, kids are 12yrs old twins, what kind of accommodation will be provided? Preferably an hotel. We technically have 7 nights & will depart on the 8th day but the package is for 9 days. Will there be price adjustment for us? Do we get personal time slot for shop; actual & window shopping?

At the hotel, you will get a Quaduple room for the family of 4, A marital bed (Double bed) + 2 Single beds or 1 x Double Sized Bedding for the 2 kids. Indeed yes, you will be charged for 1 less night. Yes, you do. After the days excursion the evenings are free. Italy sees longer day time light as well around summer vacation time so you will have decent amount of time.
