kathleen· July 29th, 2024To start off with when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. I had a voucher with the correct information but somehow there was a miscommunication between the hotel and the tour agency. Secondly I went to go to the meeting place at the time that was stated on my paperwork, and no one showed up. I called the travel agency and they sent me to a bus stop. Eventually I was picked up.Show more
