Itinerary
- Day 1
Nauders
You'll arrive in Nauders, positioned right at the crossroads of three countries just five kilometers from both Italy and Switzerland. The location is ideal for getting oriented before heading out into the alpine terrain. This area offers plenty of options for outdoor activities, so you can either explore right away or settle in and prepare for the cycling ahead.

- Day 2
Nauders to South Tyrol
Start cycling from Nauders toward the Reschen Pass at the Austria-Italy border, then head downhill with Lake Reschen coming into view. You'll spot the distinctive church tower of Altgraun rising from the water. After reaching South Tyrol, spend your evening walking through the narrow streets of your stage town, getting a feel for the local architecture and atmosphere.

- Day 3
Malles to Merano
Today's ride takes you the full length of the Vinschgau Valley following the Adige River, dropping roughly 900 meters as you pass through South Tyrol's fruit-growing region. You'll cycle through Glorenza, the Alps' tiniest town, then on through Lasa with its marble heritage and Naturno before arriving in Merano. Wind down the evening with a stroll along the Passer promenade, where the pace slows and you can relax after the day's descent.

Merano to Castelfeder Region
Your route follows the valley past the Schnatterpeck altar in Niederlana church and continues near Terlan, home to South Tyrol's highest church tower. Castles and ruins dot the landscape along the way. If you're interested, there's a short optional detour to Bolzano, the regional capital, though the main route continues on. Before finishing in the Castelfeder vacation region, you'll have the chance to cool off at Lake Kaltern.

- Day 5
Castelfeder Region to Trento
You'll cycle along the Adige river through orchards on your way to Salurn, where the German-speaking area transitions into a different cultural zone. From there, continue to Trento, arriving at the old town with its cathedral and the fortress-like Buonconsiglio Castle dominating the skyline. This marks a shift in the landscape and atmosphere as you move further south.

Trento to Riva del Garda
The final cycling stage passes through Rovereto and Mori before heading toward Lake Garda. After a short climb to Passo San Giovanni, you'll drop down with views opening up across the landscape. The descent leads to Torbole, and from there the route follows the lakeshore into Riva del Garda, where your cycling journey wraps up.
