Itinerary
- Day 1
Jerusalem
You'll arrive in Jerusalem and get checked into your hotel in the city center. At 6pm, you'll meet your group and tour leader for a welcome meeting, then take an orientation walk through the area to get your bearings. Dinner is included at a historic restaurant that's been serving traditional and international food for 120 years, so you'll wind down the evening there after traveling.

- Day 2
Jerusalem
This morning you'll walk through Jerusalem's Old City with your leader, checking out major religious sites like the Temple Mount Courtyard, Dome of the Rock, Al Aqsa Mosque, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. You'll follow the Via Dolorosa and see the Western Wall along the way. Lunch features the area's famous Jerusalem hummus, then you'll climb to a 19th-century guesthouse rooftop for views over the city. Your evening is yours to explore on your own.

- Day 3
Bethlehem
After breakfast, you'll drive to the Garden of Gethsemane and Mount of Olives to see the Old City from above. From there you'll visit the Church of All Nations, then head to Bethlehem where you'll join a cooking class at Aida Refugee Camp with local families, learning about Palestinian cuisine and how people live there. You'll eat what you prepare together, visit the Church of the Nativity and Shepherds' Fields, then return to Jerusalem. The evening includes a tour of Yad Vashem Museum and a conversation with someone who specializes in geopolitical issues in the region.

- Day 4
Jericho
You'll head to the clifftop fortress of Masada and take a cable car up to learn about its importance to Jewish heritage. After that, you'll drive to Qumran archaeological site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. You'll float in the buoyant Dead Sea (75°F/24°C), then explore Jericho, one of the world's oldest cities. Your evening involves spending time with a local Palestinian family for a home-cooked dinner and conversation about daily life there.

- Day 5
Haifa
You'll travel to Tiberias, a holy city on the Sea of Galilee's western shore. A boat ride across the Sea of Galilee (weather permitting) lets you learn about its spiritual significance. Next you'll visit Capernaum to see ancient synagogues and the Church of Saint Peter, then continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation. You have free time in the Old City for lunch, then you'll arrive in Haifa and check into The Colony Hotel, a historic property over 100 years old that sits 300m from the UNESCO-listed Baha'i Gardens.

- Day 6
Tel Aviv
You'll see Caesarea, a historic port city that King Herod built around 25 BC before it got buried under desert sand. The excavated Roman ruins include an amphitheatre, hippodrome, palace, temple, and aqueducts that you can walk through. Later you'll head to Tel Aviv and explore this energetic city with your leader, visiting the Old City of Jaffa and Peace Square.

Your tour ends after breakfast. You're free to leave your accommodation whenever you want, as long as you follow the hotel's check-out procedures.
