The guides were great, particularly the one in Madurai, who gave us a deep dive into the history of the Meenakshi Temple truly fascinating. The hotels were comfortable, some even with great views. Our driver was professional and made the drives more bearable, keeping us safe and comfortable the whole time. I really enjoyed the more places like Kumarakom and Pondicherry, where I could unwind and take in the natural beauty. The boat ride in the backwaters of Alleppey was a perfect way to end the trip.Show more

The highlights for me were the visits to the temples and historical sites, particularly the Meenakshi Temple and the Shore Temple. Our driver was excellent, always punctual and ensuring we were safe during the drives. The time spent on the houseboat in Alleppey was a peaceful and relaxing way to end the trip. The guides were informative and friendly, always ready to share their knowledge. The hotels were comfortable, with friendly staff and good food. The driver was great he made sure we were safe and comfortable on all the drives. The highlight for me was definitely the houseboat ride in Alleppey. The backwaters were so peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week of sightseeing. The guides were excellent and provided great historical for every stop. The hotels were all comfortable, with most offering delicious local food. Our driver was fantastic always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I particularly enjoyed the day in Kumarakom, exploring the bird sanctuary and the peaceful backwaters.
