Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Your tour representative meets you at Ben Gurion Airport after you clear passport control and collect your luggage. From there, you'll get transferred to your hotel in Jerusalem. The rest of your day is yours to settle in and get oriented at your own pace.
Landmarks/POIs Ben Gurion Airport - Day 2
Jerusalem and Bethlehem
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll start exploring Jerusalem's New City with a visit to the Sanctuary of the Book at the Museum of Israel to see Dead Sea manuscripts and a model of ancient Jerusalem. Next comes the Hebrew University, then the Ein Karem neighborhood and the Sanctuary of John the Baptist. Later you'll head to Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial. In the afternoon, you travel to Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity with its grotto and the adjacent areas of Saint Jerome and Saint Joseph, then return to Jerusalem for the evening.

Old City Jerusalem and Religious Sites
Start with breakfast, then drive via Mount Scopus to the Mount of Olives for views over the Old City. You'll visit the Garden of Gethsemane and the Basilica of all Nations before entering the Old City to see the Western Wall and Temple Esplanade. Walk the Via Dolorosa to reach the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre. After that, you'll explore Mount Zion including the Abbey of the Dormition, Tomb of King David, and the Cenacle where the Last Supper took place before heading back to your hotel.

Leisure in Jerusalem or Optional Masada and Dead Sea Excursion
After breakfast, you have a free day to explore Jerusalem and the surrounding areas on your own. If you want, there's an optional tour to Masada and the Dead Sea that travels via Arad. You'd take a cable car up to the fortress to see Herod's palaces, synagogue, bathhouse and cisterns, plus views of Roman camps and the Dead Sea. Then you'll descend and float in the mineral-rich Dead Sea before heading back, with an optional dinner available.
